How many revision rounds are included per piece of content?+
Each piece includes 2 revision rounds. Revisions must be requested within 48h after delivery and apply to the initial brief, not a change of direction. Anything beyond is quoted separately before execution.
What is the minimum commitment for retainers?+
The minimum commitment is 3 months for the Media Direction and Full Marketing packages. Social media produces results over time — one month isn't enough to build a measurable trajectory. After the minimum period, billing is monthly with 30 days' notice.
How does billing work?+
Billing is monthly at the start of the month. No full annual payment is required upfront. One-off deliverables (Discovery Pack, Photo Packs, AI Content) are billed on order.
What happens if I need to cancel before the 3-month minimum?+
Real production resources are mobilized from day one. In case of early termination, 30 days' notice and a fee equivalent to one remaining month apply. After the minimum, it's month-to-month with 30 days' notice and no penalty.
What happens if I need something out of scope?+
Anything beyond scope is quoted in writing before execution, always. An extra Reel, an event shoot, an additional platform: a one-line quote is sent, you approve or it isn't executed. No surprises on the invoice.
What tools are used, and are those costs included?+
Shoots use a Sony a7 IV and edits are done in DaVinci Resolve. AI content is produced via Higgsfield (Sora 2, Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0). Publishing, analytics and inbox management run through Meta Business Suite, Meta's official tool — direct access to your data with no paid middleman. All tooling costs are included in the packages.
How is success measured?+
Organic content: reach, engagement rate, saves, shares, profile visits — reported monthly. Paid ads (Full Marketing): CPM, CTR, cost per lead, ROAS, tracked in your Meta Ads Manager where you keep full access. Follower count is not considered a primary success metric.
What result guarantees are offered?+
No follower count is guaranteed — buying followers hurts an account and is never done here. Virality can't be promised, no agency can honestly. What is guaranteed: consistency, quality and a strategy that maximizes chances of performance.
Is the ad budget included in Full Marketing?+
No. Fees cover strategy, content creation and campaign management. The ad budget is paid by the client directly to Meta. Recommended minimum for local campaigns in Geneva: CHF 600 to 1'000/month. Full access to the Meta Ads account always stays in the client's hands.
Is there notice before price changes?+
60 days' notice is given before any pricing change on an active contract.
